CILIA CONNECT 2026 is an international conference organized by FOR5547 – Cilia Dynamics in partnership with the Cilia-AI EU Doctoral Network. Taking place from October 5–7, 2026, at the University Hospital Bonn, Germany, the meeting will bring together researchers, students, clinicians, and the wider scientific community to discuss the latest developments in cilia research and artificial intelligence.
The conference will highlight recent advances in understanding cilia biology, dynamics, and function, while exploring how AI-driven approaches are transforming research in the field. By bringing together internationally recognized experts and emerging researchers, CILIA CONNECT 2026 aims to promote scientific exchange, inspire new collaborations, and support the next generation of cilia scientists.
The scientific program features:
- Lectures by internationally renowned invited speakers
- Short talks by selected students and early-career researchers
- A poster session showcasing current research
- A panel discussion, “Leading by example: PIs inspiring the next generation of scientists”
Researchers at all career stages are invited to participate, present their work, and engage with the international cilia research community.
Registration and abstract submission are open until August 31, 2026. Participants may register as attendees or submit abstracts for poster presentations and short talks.
